The photo curator will work closely with the Social Media, Creative, Art and Account teams to design and direct images for hundreds of our global hotel and tourism clientele to be utilized for social media. Technology Operations Specialist

What we expect of you

The Technology Operations Specialist position requires a well-rounded individual with a diverse set of technical skills for the day-to-day administration, support and deployment of Tambourine’s employee hardware and software, as well as internal and external business applications, operating systems, and servers. This individual will provide a broad range of technical support across all departments in-person and remotely. The Technology Operations Specialist will report directly to the COO.

Resposibilities

  • Maintain and support inventory of 100+ employee Mac laptops and equipment, including but not limited to setting up new employee MacBooks, troubleshooting, software installation, server access, asset management and VPN support for local and remote workforce.
  • Maintain and support inventory of POE / IP Phone System
  • Maintain, monitor and support office security system and FOB distribution.
  • Administer, monitor and support employee SaaS solutions including but not limited to GSuite, Addigy, Teamwork, Adobe Create Suite, MailChimp, GoToMeeting, Sharefile.
  • Administer, support and deploy internal SaaS services and integrations including but not limited to SalesForce, Desk, Mindfire, PandaDoc, RightNetworks.
  • Administer and support internal and external file servers, backups and accessibility
  • Leverage 3rd party IT support to develop tiers and distribute support burden appropriately.
  • Support Marketing Department with digital initiatives including but not limited to email distribution, web development, API development, software vetting
  • Broad technical support for domain management, SSL administration, web development, web server administration, systems administration (Mac, Linux, Windows)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field preferred
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical operations
