Marketing Coordinator

What you will be doing

• Maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence.

• Assist in the conception and development of engaging blog content in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

• Copywriting: Blog article drafts, award entries, social media captions, etc.

• Publish content through marketing tools like Mailchimp, Linkedin, Cision, etc.

• Assist in the deployment and reporting of email marketing nurturing campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency and integrity, ensuring that the blog and website adhere to established brand guidelines.

• Prepare quarterly and annual marketing reports.

• Collaborate with the Account Service Department on Client Development initiatives.

• Work closely with Design and Development teams to create and edit compelling marketing materials.

• Provide support on ad hoc projects to the marketing and sales team.

What we need from you

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Close attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proactive problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in G-Suite.

• Preferred experience with Mailchimp and Keynote.

• Photoshop experience is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
