Lead Account Executive

We are seeking a bilingual Lead Account Executive with over 10 years of experience to join our Account Service team in Bogota. Our ideal candidate is analytical, strategy focused, detail oriented, and a great multi-tasker. You will be the main point of contact for select clients and are in charge of the project management, analytics, consulting, and distribution for our client’s success.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the relationship and deliverables of marketing programs, including - website edits, email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and oversee media campaigns for multiple hotels with oversight and support from Lead Account Executive
  • Handle buildout of monthly reports and lead calls, if applicable, with clients reviewing campaign performance such as media and web
  • Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary Content Management System, including how to efficiently make copy and image changes, create new landing pages, update menus, add special offers, create pop-ups / pop-ins, alert banners and more
  • Work with other departments - copywriting, design, development, paid performance and content / social to deliver projects to clients on time and ensure superior quality standards are met
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in accordance with available resources
  • Work with external vendors to support client campaign and service needs
  • Conduct quality assurance of client website functionality and creative projects
  • Provide copywriting for monthly promotional campaigns if applicable
  • Utilize Salesforce project management and case software to manage projects
  • Understand Tambourine’s best practices for design and user experience for websites and be able to communicate and relay that to clients
  • Ability to recognize risks or concerns that need to be escalated
