As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist at Venuelocity, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients digital marketing efforts to meet their group sales goals within the hospitality industry. What you will be doing

  • Develop outbound and account-based lead generation strategies and tactics tailored to target segments within the hospitality sector, with a specific focus on group meetings (B2B) and weddings (B2C).
  • Conduct comprehensive organic and paid keyword research, defining and profiling target customer segments to ensure focused and effective lead generation efforts.
  • Design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive lead generation media plan, with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and customer journey mapping.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation paid media campaign performance, implementing optimization strategies for optimal results.
  • Train clients on lead gen platforms and methods to vet and qualify new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies aligned with business KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with product marketing and development teams to enhance platform features and functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation within the hospitality sector.

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of experience in SEM/PPC using platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console for lead generation.
  • 4+ years of agency experience or hospitality management group experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable to exceed goals.
  • Optimize personal work processes and drive results through effective time management.

Bonus Points:

  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
