We are growing and are looking for a Director of Business Development - SaaS to join our Sales team. This is a position where you will be responsible for owning all new customer acquisition and add-on responsibilities for a specific territory/client type. This position requires an astute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize. This position will report to the Sr. Vice President of Sales.

This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Director Of Business Development - SaaS

What you will be doing

  • Ultimate accountability for the successful sale for all Tambourine products into a designated territory
  • Expected to qualify inbound leads as well as generate outbound demand, via individual prospecting efforts and directing the efforts of the business development counterpart
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts within the segment
  • Participate in the field up to 25% of the time, representing the company at trade shows or prospecting/selling on site
  • Meet or exceed performance/quota expectations consistently

What we need from you

  • A demonstrated ability to problem-solve, manage perception, and develop operational solutions at a very high level
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient to Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • MUST have MINIMUM 5 years work experience
  • SAAS sales to hotels a MUST
  • 2+ years in direct B2B sales and prospecting
  • Bilingual - Spanish /English preferred

Preferred but not Required:

  • Located in Ft. Lauderdale Headquarters office
  • Salesforce certification
  • Proficiency in Mac OS
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint /Keynote
