This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Client Platform Support Technician

What you will be doing

  • Maintain system health of the Customer Reservation System for our clients
  • Provide support for rate builds, informational updates (room types/hotel info/etc), client
  • questions, etc.
  • Build and map rate plans as requested by the hotel client or assigned account executive
  • Maintain business client relationships through phone and email, providing support, adhoc training, and suggestions as needed.
  • Run reports on designated hotel clients.
  • Collaborate with properties’ tech stacks (PMS/RMS/CM/etc) to develop operations specific to hotel needs and troubleshoot integrations/mapping.
  • Assist in distribution forensics to identify parity issues, incorrect rates, restriction inaccuracies, etc.
  • Provide the Account Service department with booking links.
  • Work with the reporting team to maintain accurate tracking.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What we need from you

  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.

 

Preferred but not required:

  • Technical Savvy
  • Proficiency in Mac OS
