Adobe Web Analytics Specialist

What you will be doing

  • Lead the overall architectural analytics setup for all clients.
  • Discover how to integrate web analytics and tracking for sites on our proprietary CMS platform.
  • Discover how to integrate ecommerce tracking with CRS (central reservation systems).
  • Own CRS relationships, stay up to date with CRS upgrades, changes that impact how we track ecommerce.
  • Stay up to date on industry news, technologies, and data protection regulations and unpack this information and clearly articulate how this may/may not impact our business.
  • Own third-party integration relationship. Help handle code deployment.
  • Discover how to track third-party event tracking (ex. F&B/Spa Reservation Systems, Gift Cards, Shopify ect.)
  • Deep dive complicated web and CRS tracking problems and find solutions
  • Liaison between vendors such as Supermetrics, BigQuery, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, DataStudio, Spreadsheets).
  • Liaison between Analytics department, Web Development department and various Central Reservations Systems (CRS) / Internet Booking Engines (IBE).
  • Own quality assurance of website and CRS tracking. Setup automated data quality checks, alerting and monitoring for data breakage/flows.
  • Train Digital Analytics Pros on Tracking/Ad Ops SOPs

What we need from you

  • Basic knowledge of HTML to inspect code
  • Advance knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Google DataStudio, Google Tag Manager
  • Expert in Google Spreadsheets
  • At least (2) years at a digital agency or equivalent scale.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and advertising
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasker
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadline-driven, can-do environment.
  • Show the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in writing, in person and by phone/video.

Bonus Points:

  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Experience with advertising platforms
  • Experience with meta search implementation
  • Knowledge of hotel and travel industry
