The Marketing Communications Specialist-B2B, plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by contributing to the strategic planning and execution of marketing projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This position is based in our HQ in Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

Marketing Communications Specialist, B2B

What you will be doing

  • Manage the blog content calendar and distribution, ensuring timely and engaging articles.
  • Maintain the Social Media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence.
  • Oversee and report on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Account Service Department on Client Development initiatives.
  • Work closely with Design and Development teams to create and edit compelling marketing materials.
  • Assist in the conception and development of engaging blog content in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual marketing reports, including budget analysis.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects to the marketing team.

What we need from you

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite/Google Sheets.
  • Preferred experience with Mailchimp and Keynote.
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
