Client Services Manager

We are growing and looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team.

This is an in-person position based at our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Client Services Manager

What you will be doing

  • Educate clients on the our program and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire client engagement.
  • Own the success of our’s lead generation product performance, resolving challenges and issues in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Work with project managers to onboard new accounts and manage expectations on deliverables.
  • Partner with in-house media experts to optimize paid search and paid social campaigns, conducting daily checks on account/campaign budget pacing and KPI goals.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance of client listing functionality.
  • Utilize internal project management systems to delegate tasks and follow up with internal teams on project deliverables.
  • Manage client communications regarding product and performance.
  • Work closely with this division sales team, leadership and product marketing team to gather and prioritize enhancement requests and ongoing product releases.
  • Generate case studies for ongoing marketing initiatives.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience working in conference and convention services, group account management or hospitality sales.
  • Strong interpersonal client relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.
  • Ability to work on teams as well as individually.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
