This is an Account Service position where you will be the main point of contact for our clients and are in charge of the project management, analytics, consulting, and distribution of our client’s success.

This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What you will be doing

  • Utilize Tambourine’s content management system to update client websites.
  • Using our project management system, assign tasks to designated resources for copy, design and development requests.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance of client website functionality and all assets prior to sending for client approval.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in accordance with available resources.
  • Communicate with internal team members and directly with clients to action their requests.
  • Understand and be able to speak to Tambourine’s best practices as it relates to SEO, ADA accessibility, usage rights, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.
  • Ability to work on teams as well as individually.
  • Ability to adhere to Project Deadlines.
  • Ability to action tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.

Preferred but not required:

  • Creative Copywriting Skills
  • Technical Savvy
  • Proficiency in Mac OS
