How does this boutique resort capture more direct bookings?

After 70 years in business, this independent luxury boutique resort in Bermuda found itself  overly reliant on its loyal, but aging, repeat guests and increasingly in need of a tech-savvier approach to handling reservations. The owners hired Tambourine to re-energize the brand through a new website, aggressive social media campaign, and email outreach to new and existing guests.
