We are growing and are looking for a Paid Media Assistant to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and a great multi-tasker. You will effectively help administer the budget, invoices, reporting, and other day to day operations for our Media and Analytics team. Celebrating its 37 year anniversary, Tambourine is looking for innovative thinkers and leaders who inspire. This is an in-person position based out of our headquarter office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What you will be doing

  • On a monthly basis, collect, process and reconcile vendor invoices for accounting. Troubleshoot any media billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain paid media budget reports and monitor and pacing daily for over/under spend.
  • Support department head with executive-level reports and requests.
  • Support team with paid media reports for clients by pulling KPIs from ad platforms and contacting vendors.
  • Maintain organization of media server files, training materials and databases.
  • Assist with research, planning, buying of paid media for new and existing business.
  • Traffic assets and provide specifications to appropriate internal teams and vendors to ensure all campaigns are launched on time.
  • Help coordinate department new hires onboardings and trainings.
  • Coordinate digital marketing projects from start to finish. such as recruitment, B2B Marketing (case studies, benchmark reports, press releases etc.), and association marketing.
  • Synthesizing meeting notes into actionable projects and tasks that have clear timelines.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What we need from you

  • Proficiency with Apple’s MacBook
  • Proficiency in Google’s Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
  • Detail oriented, multitasker
  • Organizational skills
  • Time-management skills

A plus:

  • Knowledge of the Hotel and Travel industry
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Google Ads Certifications (search, display, video)
  • Facebook Ads Manager Certifications
