Client Onboarding Specialist (project Manager)

What you will be doing

  • Manage the onboarding success for our clients during pre-launch.
  • Point of contact for internal and external teams for digital project launches.
  • Manage digital marketing projects with the help of project coordinator.
  • Project manage day-to-day interaction with domestic and international clients in the hotel and travel industry.
  • Manage the project timelines and scope.
  • Communicate effectively and present to clients in person and remotely.
  • Analyze assets and information in order to provide insights and make recommendations for website structure (define categorization, organization and navigational conventions).
  • Create site maps of the user experience and define the details of the information website architecture.
  • Extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, which is critical to the timely and successful delivery of the digital marketing program.
  • Oversee the completion of tasks such as quality assurance checks, and website content upload and assembly.
  • Work with department specialists to define deliverables and timing to launch digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee all meetings and participation of internal teams.
  • Ensure all program components and projects are executed on time and accurately.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Advertising or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years project management experience.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing project management: Web Design and Development, deploying media campaigns, SEO strategy, Social Media.
  • An innate and developed ability to manage client perception.
  • Proven track record of leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized by nature.
  • Proven capacity to work with minimal direct oversight in a collaborative cross- functional team environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage shifting priorities.
  • Superb problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a content management software.
  • Experience working in a project management software.

Not required, but a huge plus:

  • Knowledge of social media advertising
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing (organic/paid)
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry
  • Proficiency in Mac OS
  • Experience working with OmniGraffle or related software
  • Multi-lingual
